Goods that are delivered outside of the UK mainland are likely to have a longer delivery period to accomodate the courier service used.

Products can be returned by simply requesting a Goods Return Note (G.R.N.) from us. Return packages should clearly show this number on the external packaging so we can quickly process your return. You can see our full returns conditions in our returns policy section.

Some older locks were stamped with either WMS or Avocet on the faceplate

The Overall length of the lock faceplate shown (OL: in attatched detailed dimensions file) is simply trimmed down at the ends with a hacksaw to suit the length of your own personal door. This can be used to replace the old Avocet "Kite" 2 Hook Lock that Avocet once sold which has long since been obsolete. Check the detailed drawing dimensions against your existing lock aIthacaith only a little work you should be able to fit the new lock.
