Orders for stock items received by 12pm (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery by carrier (orders received on a Friday may well be delayed by the weekend for delivery), small items will be sent by post, which is generally a 2-3 day service to the UK mainland.
Goods that are ordered outside the UK mainland will naturally have an extended lead time to accomodate the secure courier requirements to do so. Generally this will be 5-7 working days from despatch but not guaranteed.
All Goods, wherever possible, will be delivered within 10 working days of the order being placed and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
All deliveries by carrier must be inspected and signed for on receipt, if there is any damage to the parcel this must be noted on the drivers’ delivery document and the seller must be notified within 48 hours of any damage or shortage if this is not carried out our carriers will not accept any liability for the shipment.
If you request that any delivery is left without a signature we will not be held liable for any damage or shortage in the delivery
Delivery Charges: In theory we are able to deliver to most countries in the world.
Our charges are based on cost of product and destination.
To view the delivery charges simply choose your required goods and enter the delivery destination in the "My Basket" area to reveal the shipping charges (all prices include vat).

Collect From Store Items: Can only be collected once you have recieved an E-Mail from us stating the items are ready for pick up. Our Collection point is open Monday to Friday only. 9-00am to 4-45pm exclusively. (Weekends and Bank Holidays are closed including Xmas holidays shutdowns) You will be required to provide your purchase invoice as proof of purchase.
