Smaller items are sent via Royal mail post, whilst larger packages will be sent via one of our secure couriers .

Goods that are delivered outside of the UK mainland are likely to have a longer delivery period to accomodate the courier service used.

Products can be returned by simply requesting a Goods Return Note (G.R.N.) from us. Return packages should clearly show this number on the external packaging so we can quickly process your return. You can see our full returns conditions in our returns policy section.
N:B. Goods returned for a refund which were ordered wrong or no longer required,must be in the original state supplied, un-used, and un-cut.

some old faceplates were stamped Ferco 6.35 with a 7mm spindle width. N:B: If you have a lock with only 2 rollers (sometimes stamped 3.35 or 4.35) this is now obsolete and you will need to fit this lock and either ignore the 2 extra rollers or better still order 2no part 870 (roller keep) and fit 2 extra keeps which will increase the security, all other items remain the same The Overall length of the lock faceplate shown (OL: in attatched detailed dimensions file) is simply trimmed down at the ends with a hacksaw to suit the length of your own personal door.

Has teeth behind the faceplate to fit to shoot bolts if required if not used or required simply ignore as they will not cause any issues.
