Avocet WMS Offset Espag 20mm Backset U Track Rod SLIM TYPE (14mm wide track.)Sometimes called a narrow lock rod. Offset mushroom espagnolette for non eurogroove profiles. This Avocet slim pvcu window lock is used to suit narrow grooved profiles that were used on some older type upvc windows.

Will repair broken espag rods for various other makes no longer available see detailed drawing attatched for technical specifications but worst case scenario will be moving the striker plate keeps to suit the new locking points which is simply removal of 1or 2 screws re-position and re - screw etc.
N:B. This is a 14mm Slim / Narrow Track Rail If you require a 16mm track see the other Avocet offset rods on display.
The new lock cams have a Allen key hole in them which when you turn it will move the cams in and out approx 1-2mm to adjust the window compression
