Vitawin Offset Espag repair rod, Offset type mushroom espagnolette for non eurogroove profiles. As most types of older 22mm backset offset locks have been discontinued you will find the Vitawin offset 22mm lock rod a suitable replacement. This upvc espag window lock will fit almost all older versions of offset espags. The handle screw centres are universal so will fit existing handle You may need to move the striker keeps on the outer frame to suit the new espag but this is simply removal of the fixing screws and re fixing in the new position to suit

Offset UPVC Espag Locking Rods

Offset espag locking rods available in various sizes, with mushroom, roller locking points.
Offset lock mechanisms are so called because the drive gearbox is located upto the very edge of the underneath of the faceplate on the window lock mechanism. Therefore known as offset. Sometimes refered to as u track or u rail lock.
Do not worry if the mechanism is not of the same make as many of the supplies are now discontinued. As long as you choose the correct length and backset size to match your existing one and also check the roller cams are the same height and size you can easily exchange one for the other. The handle screw fixing holes are always universal at 43mm and you can easily move the keep plates on your frame to suit the new lock.
