Returns
Replacements for faulty goods will be charged for until the faulty items are returned to ourselves for inspection at which time refund will be made if the goods are deemed faulty. We reserve the right to charge a stock re-handling charge of 20% of the cost of the goods supplied that are returned because they are now not required. The Buyer must notify the seller of their intention to return the goods in writing and request a Goods Return Note and number and this must clearly be shown on the package. Goods returned without this will be rejected and may be returned to you. Goods returned for a refund which were ordered wrong or no longer required,must be in the original state supplied, un-used, and un-cut.
Special Order Items
Special order items must be paid for in full prior to the seller ordering the goods and are not returnable under any circumstance except were deemed faulty.
